Who We Are
At Recovery Resolutions, we bring over a decade of experience to the table. Our founder, Joshua Dirscherl, has established and overseen more than a hundred recovery and co-living homes. We focus on identifying prime locations, renovate properties to enhance the co-living experience, advertise rooms, and managing daily operations to achieve a supportive and profitable home that generates 2.5-3 times the average rent of a single-family residence. Our expertise lies in recovery living consulting, management and construction, with a mission to transform homes into vibrant recovery facilities that foster a supportive environment for healing.
